Crest Natural Health Centre is a private clinic dealing in Alternative Medicine, with a primary focus on Homeopathic Medicine. We are located at Nanfuka House in Luteete along Gayaza–Kampala Road, opposite Vision Petroleum.
The centre started in 2012 as a small clinic and in 2017 expanded with a branch in Nyendo, Masaka (Uganda).
We specialise in treating Prostate Enlargement (BPH) without surgery, Heart Diseases, and orthopaedic conditions including Spine & Joint Pain.
Our local herbal medicine is notified and accepted by the Ugandan drug regulatory body — National Drug Authority, Registration Number THA 229.

Meet Our Clinic Director
Lutwama George is the Founder and Clinic Director of Crest Natural Health Centre, where he leads a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred homeopathic care. Since establishing the clinic in 2012, he has helped thousands of patients — particularly older adults — find natural, non-surgical relief from prostate enlargement (BPH), heart diseases, and spine and joint disorders.
George holds a Diploma in Homeopathy from the Centre for Homeopathic Education (United Kingdom). His clinical training and professional experience span three countries, including the Free Homeopathic Clinic in Kampala, Uganda, the Abalight Foundation in Kenya, and Zoya Lab in Vijayawada, India. This international exposure has strengthened his belief that effective healthcare begins with understanding each patient's unique physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors rather than treating a diagnosis alone.
His approach to healthcare is founded on the principles of classical Homeopathy, where every treatment plan is carefully individualised to address the whole person. At Crest Natural Health Centre, Homeopathic medicine is complemented by selected National Drug Authority (NDA)-registered local herbal preparations for specific conditions, providing patients with safe, holistic, and evidence-informed care.
As Clinic Director, George is passionate about restoring hope and improving quality of life for patients through compassionate listening, clinical excellence, and ethical practice. He continues to champion Crest Natural Health Centre's mission of delivering personalised Homeopathic healthcare with dignity, integrity, and respect, while empowering patients to achieve lasting wellness naturally.
